How long will it take for my order to process/ship?
Our standard order processing and shipping timeframe is 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. Your order may be shipped by the 7th business day. Although many orders are typically dispatched sooner, certain items may require additional time for shipping. Custom orders might have a shipping period of up to three weeks.
We anticipate delays in processing and shipping orders in February, March, April, and July as a result of scheduled conferences during these months.
Shipping Address
All shipments will be sent to the address provided during the order placement process. Kindly review your order details before finalizing to verify the accuracy of the address provided. Should a shipment be returned to us (4.10boutique) due to an incorrect address, an extra shipping charge will apply for it to be sent to the correct address.
Which shipping method do you use?
All shipments are processed through USPS by default, with the option for alternative arrangements if specified. International shipping is available worldwide. Kindly note that any delays caused by the carrier or adverse weather conditions are beyond our control. Upon handover to the carrier, we relinquish responsibility for the item. Please be aware that 4.10boutique cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen items delivered to the address provided during the initial order placement.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
For urgent shipping requests or if you need an item sooner than our standard shipping time, please reach out to us via email before placing your order. While choosing Priority Mail Express, please note that it does not accelerate the processing time; instead, your item(s) will be shipped via Priority Mail Express, and you can anticipate receiving it 1-2 days after the item is processed and shipped.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive two emails informing you that your order has been dispatched. One email will be from our website, and the other will be from our shipping portal. Both emails will include the tracking number. Remember to check your spam folder! Upon delivery of your item, you will receive an additional email notifying you that the item has been successfully delivered.
Where is my order?
When your order is handed over to USPS, we have access to the same details available to you. This means that we have visibility into what you can see. Regrettably, we do not possess any exclusive phone numbers, contacts, or email addresses to reach out to at the post office for package inquiries. Typically, USPS refreshes their tracking data post-midnight. Nevertheless, certain packages might not get scanned at every stage of the delivery process. We understand the frustration this may cause, but this aspect is beyond our influence.
How do I care for my apparel?
For all clothing items, unless specified otherwise, it is recommended to wash them inside out in cold water using a delicate cycle. It's best to avoid fabric softener. After washing, hang the garment to dry. If there are prints on the clothing, iron it inside out.
