Physical location

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical location for shopping. We do not offer pick up/meet up services. All items ordered online will be shipped in accordance to the shipping policy below. All returns/exchanges will be shipped in accordance to the return/exchange policy below. No exceptions will be made to this policy.


Shipping

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take up to two weeks to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Yes, we ship worldwide. Because our inventory fluctuates, items may be delayed depending upon availability. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays due to the carrier or weather. Once the item is in the possession of the carrier we are no longer responsible. 4.10boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen goods that are delivered to the address indicated when initially ordered.

Returns/
Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide refunds. However, we will gladly accept your regular priced, clean, unused merchandise for exchange within five (5) days of the original purchase or receipt of the merchandise if order placed online. Please send the item back to the following address: 4.10boutique, P.O. Box 555, Cheltenham, MD 20623. Please include the original packaging, a note detailing the new size or product as well as your contact information (Name, telephone number, email and mailing address). Please ensure the item is secured and returned to us undamaged due to shipping. Once we receive the merchandise in its original condition we will send you the replacement. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost unless the item is being returned due to an incorrect item received or item was received damaged. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Apparel Care Instructions

Unless otherwise noted all apparel should be washed inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softener. Hang to dry. Iron garment inside out if printed.

Side Zip 2.0 is a Dry Clean Only garment. Washing this garment will damage the printing. Do not remove the white backing.

“Buyer acknowledges and agrees that he/she is purchasing paraphernalia and other goods (collectively “Goods”) that bears Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (“Sorority”) logos, designs, copyrights and trademarks for a member of the Sorority. Buyer understands and agrees that a non-member is not supposed to purchase, own or possess such items except I may purchase such items for the benefit of an active member, and as a condition to being allowed to purchase such Goods, he/she agrees that Sorority retains all rights and ownership in the underlying Goods that bear Sorority logos, copyrights and trademarks. Thus, such Goods may not be resold by Buyer directly or indirectly; on-line via a third-party (including but not limited to ebay.com, amazon.com, etsy.com, pinterest, etc…) or by any other means. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Buyer’s right to possess the Goods; the immediate vesting of the Sorority right to possess the Goods; and acknowledgement to third party(ies) that the Sorority has the immediate right to remove such items bearing the Sorority Marks and the subsequent surrender of the Goods to the Sorority.”
